if you flip your lens around backward (so that the part that's usually connected to the camera is on the outside), you can take crazy macro photos! but BE CAREFUL not to get dust/moisture/etc in your lens or the body of the camera. i have considered buying parts to secure the lens on backwards and a clear filter to keep dust out of the lens, but i haven't gone through with it yet...
sean and alanna visited me and i took a lot of "couple-y" pictures of them. i'm not totally comfortable taking super posed photos and the angles on some of them weren't great. but i liked this one! and this was the only one where I told alanna to "show off that ring"! i have lots more (from knapp's castle where this picture was taken, in addition to ones taken elsewhere) so maybe i'll post more.
i am stupid and bought a camera. what am i supposed to do with all these pictures? unless otherwise noted, all photos are taken with a canon rebel xs with an ef-s 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 is lens.
