i'm fairly sure the fisherman knew i was taking pictures of him and was not pleased.

Yay - I love all the pictures! I am always debating whether or not to take pictures of people here - I'm now carrying my camera everywhere, so I'm getting better at both being bold and hiding my camera while taking pictures. I'm just really afraid of being robbed and losing it - a random lady on the bus today told me to hold onto my backpack better to not lose it - it was strapped with buckles to me, i was sitting down, it was on my lap, and i had both arms tangled in the straps the way Santiagiunos carry their bags... Anyway, see me ramble! Take care!
taking pictures of people makes me a little uncomfortable, but in greece i figured it didn't matter since they would never see me again anyway. in santa barbara i'm more wary since it's such a small town...
